Registration for the 2017 conference is now open.

You may register online (see below) or download a registration form to complete and mail.  Online payment is not available - see sidebar for instructions in sending payment.

2017 rates are:

   Couple Individual
(room alone)

(shared room - 2 beds)
 Early Registration - by April 20 $625  $465  $325
 Standard Registration April 21- July 20  $650  $490  $350
 Late Registration July 21 - October 1  $675  $515  $375

 

Register by April 20 for the best price.  For Early Registration prices, register and pay in full or pay the minimum non-refundable deposit ($150/couple or $100/individual) by April 20 with balance due by July 20.

Conference registration includes:

  • Full conference program Sunday evening through Wednesday morning
  • Lodging for 3 nights in rooms with queen beds and private bath
  • Buffet meals Sunday night through Wednesday breakfast

Payment Information

  • Deposit - A minumum non-refundable deposit of $150/couple or $100/individual is due when registering with the balance due by the next deadline date.  For the lowest rates, deposit or full payment must be received by April 20th.
  • Payment - Mail a check, payable to "CareGivers Forum" to:

Registration is not complete until payment is received.

  • Cancellation - Confirmed registrants who must cancel will forfeit the non-refundable deposit of $150/couple or $100/person.  After August 1, no refunds are guaranteed.
