The Forum is once again returning to Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin. We’ll be staying and meeting in Bauer Lodge and enjoying buffet style dining in the Kraft Centre next door.

Getting there -- If flying in, you may want to check flights into Appleton (1 hour away), Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay or Central Wisconsin airports (1 1/2 to 2 hours), or Chicago (about 3 hours away). The conference center provides ground transportation from the Appleton airport.
