ShepherdCare exists to assist ministers in biblical self-care by learning to apply tools that help prevent burnout, avoid moral failure and sustain long-term effectiveness in ministry. ShepherdCare fulfills its calling primarily through conferences, but also through counseling, consultation, coaching, online resources and publications.
