2012 CareGivers Forum Registration Program costs for this year are only $100 per person. All food and lodging are being provided as a special gift to CareGivers Forum participants at no charge, thanks to the generosity of others who believe in the importance of caring for pastors and others in ministry and their families. Register by April 1 and pay in full and take advantage of the special price of only $75 per person. Space is limited so signing up early will not only reserve your spot but allow us to be good stewards by knowing how many rooms we need to hold. All rooms have one king bed and private bath. Meals include dinner Sunday evening through breakfast on Wednesday morning. How to register: Open the Registration Form on the right (with Adobe Reader) and complete. Then print and mail with your check to "CareGivers Forum." You should receive email confirmation of your registration within two weeks after we receive it. If you have not received confirmation by that time, please contact us. Cancellation policy: Because of the low cost, registration fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person if we are notified before October 1. |
